As former head of design for Purple Cat Jewellery, Honica's work was sold in the USA through Saks Fifth Avenue, as well as other select boutiques and galleries. Made for you by hand, no molds or mass production used here, Honica works each metal piece, each spiral, each stone, individually.

Honica’s jewellery designs are the joyful outpouring of a unique vision that is fuelled by experimentation and experience. As former head of design for Purple Cat Jewellery, Honica's work was sold in the USA through Saks Fifth Avenue, as well as other select boutiques and galleries. Made for you by hand, no molds or mass production used here, Honica works each metal piece, each spiral, each stone, individually. A single metal component may undergo eight individual hand processed before it is ready to be featured in the finished composition. Metals and stones may be tumbled, patinaed, polished, forged, antiqued, acid-dipped, melted, molded, bleached, brushed, sanded…well, you get the idea!

Born in the Netherlands, Honica comes from several generations of professional artists whose disciplines include fashion design, painting, pottery, and art restoration.

* Working from her rural studio on the west coast of Canada, she produces unusual collections of art jewellery.
