Jessica owes a lot to her mother who was also an artist. She would paint while Jessica would watch quietly behind her, picking up on every detail.  After finishing high school, she went to a nearby college to pursue a two-year course, which resulted in a diploma for Creative Arts & Design. Following graduation she decided to move to Tofino.

Artist Jessica Desilets

Jessica Desilets is a young inspiring artist who was born and raised in the small town, Fonthill in Southern Ontario.  She was the oldest out of three siblings. Jessica started taking an interest in art at a very young age.

Her mother was also an artist and would paint while Jessica would watch quietly behind her, picking up on every detail.  After finishing high school, she went to a nearby college to pursue a two-year course, which resulted in a diploma for Creative Arts & Design. Following graduation she decided to move to Tofino.

Since making the move to Tofino's prestigious and untamed influences that have shown up in the beautiful art she has created.  Some of the work she has done are images that are commonly experienced on the West Coast, and are very real, and unique.
